Service Description
Join Margot with Inky Fingers Key West for the gothic script calligraphy class that you wish your school had offered! This class will cover the basic techniques of traditional broad edge calligraphy in gothic style so that you can hand letter your very own Valentines card! Perfect for Galentine's, Palentines, and all the rest. All supplies provided for your use during class with hands-on demonstrations, guidance, and a few statements of "woah so beautiful" thrown in! As always, the hot tea station is free. Snacks and canned beverages (coffees, cocktails, craft sodas) available for purchase. Your Instructor: Margot is a full-time calligraphy, engraving, & illustration artist with a degree in Studio Arts. Most of her work week consists of teaching Calligraphy and Watercolor across the greater Tampa area from the Dunedin Fine Arts Center to creative third spaces like here, at Birdette's. Custom projects for individuals, weddings, and so much more fill the rest of her time.

Booking & Cancellation Policies - If you can't make it to your session please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to notify us of this unfortunate news. While we cannot supply a refund, we will try our hardest to reschedule you for the next class with availability. Please be aware that if you do not let us know and we don't see you there, we'll be forced to assume that you were eaten by an alligator which will forfeit the opportunity to reschedule. - Pricing is per-person. Please do not bring friends who are not participating in the class. We're sure your friends are all awesome, and we definitely DO want to meet them, but space is limited and you'll have new friends to meet here, with us! - No outside food or drink allowed. While the booking does not include food or beverages, we do have fresh drinking water and a free hot tea station, as well as light snacks, cookies, and canned beverages available for purchase, many of which are multi-allergen free. - Any questions beyond this policy list (which just so you know, we hate that we have to write it as much as you hate reading it)- please email or text us and we'll get back as quickly as possible!
